I too had nothing but wonderful things to say about this vet until 2 days ago. We had taken multiple budgies and a hedgehog here. But when one of our budgies within 24 hours developed a bleeding raw spot on one of her legs, I was told the earliest appointment they had was 10 days later because even though I was a previous client they had never seen this bird before (she was a shelter rescue we'd had for a year). We took her to an emergency vet whose "care" caused her to die from stress in my daughter's hands on the car ride home. I have spent thousands of dollars on routine and emergency veterinary care over the years for cats, dogs, horses, budgies, etc. and while certainly on many occasions received excellent care - like this vet - have also had multiple horrible experiences. Botched surgery that killed a healthy 8 month old Lab from peritonitis. A vet who never showed up for an appointment to help our dying 20 year old cat have a peaceful end. Sadly I could go on. I'm angry and tired of the suffering and loss we and our beloved pets have experienced from callous policies and malpractice. **To reiterate and clarify based on this business's reply: I did not request a same day appointment. After communicating how quickly the bird's condition had gotten severe I was offered an appointment 10 days later. The only thing I asked was why, when we were a previous client, we had to wait that long: because we hadn't brought the bird in before. I had never been told this before. I got a recommendation for an emergency vet, thanked your staff and ended the call because the 10 day wait and policy sent a clear message: if we had brought the bird in when she was well we would have been prioritized when she needed care.

Absolutely uncalled for getting a letter saying that services will no longer be provided? Are you kidding me? I had a car accident in December that I couldn't make the last appointment and with an undriveable car. Now I'm not allowed back? What is this? All I'm trying to do is get my rabbit looked at to get fixed I've been coming here since 2018. Even though I have an upcoming appointment scheduled. This is beyond ridiculous.

Love Canton Center Animal Hospital!! They have taken care of our dog, Holden, for the past 12 years, did an amazing job, were spot on with everything, and were always excited to see him! They care for each pet as there own, are great doctors and staff, and greatly appreciate all that they have done for us and Holden. Will definitely use them again in the future and always encourage people to go there. THank you!!

This has been a wonderful vet I've been taking my dog to this place for 4 years! just recently My parents brought their cat here for a second opinion for a diagnosis and what was wrong with her. Unfortunately they were able to find that she had cancer in her mouth something a vet my parents took her to before did not even bother to notice. Unfortunately we had to put her down that day however they were very sweet and accommodating. They went as far as to send us a sympathy card afterwards. I highly suggest bringing your animals here they do a great job and they kept my dog healthy I really wish we would have taken my parents cats to the same vet because they would have actually given us an answer compared to the other vet that they took them to.

I took my baby dog to get spayed and have a baby tooth pulled. I love this office. They never made me feel rushed or like they where to busy. They where clean and professional and very nice all staff. Dr.Terri did my dogs surgery. She was amazing. I love that they kept me informed and even talked to me after to tell me all about what happened. I am switching all my dogs to them and will be telling everyone to go there. Thank you to all the Staff.

I posed the 5 stars 4 years ago because they took amazing care of my degus everytime they got sick or just needed routine care, always making sure they reached optimal health. Fast forward to 2 days ago, I called the office to ask about a procedure my degu had SIX years ago. Dr. G remembered it like it was yesterday and explained everything in depth which was really comforting when we were super worried about Taz here in Phoenix, Arizona. Thank you Dr. G for being so awesome and compassionate toward my little friend.

I have had the best experience with the staff and vets here. I’m new to the area and my dog has been sick on and off over the last few months. My dog is also reactive (she does not like other dogs) so even a vet visit can be challenging and stressful. They have have been accommodating and welcoming in every aspect. On our most recent visit we saw Dr Moran. The other vets we’ve seen have also been wonderful, but Dr Moran has gone above and beyond in the care she’s provided my dog (who is improving).
